Amori was born from my own journey of transformation — a process that began in 2020 and taught me that true well-being goes far beyond the physical body. While receiving massages during that time, I noticed something was missing: the touch cared for my body, but often ignored what was happening in my heart.

I deeply believe that the body, mind, and emotions are all connected. And it was this vision that led me to create Amori in 2024 — with courage, and with the support of the people who believe in me.

Amori is more than just a space for massage or coaching sessions. It’s a safe space, where each person can breathe deeply, relax, be heard, and share whatever is on their heart — without judgment. Here, well-being is approached with presence, empathy, deep listening, and respect for each person’s essence.

In my massage sessions, I don’t just care for the body — I try to listen beyond the surface: to the unspoken emotions, the held-in tensions, the stories the body is telling. That attention to the unseen is what sets Amori apart.

During Life Coaching sessions, my focus is to help each person bring their truest self to the surface — to reconnect with their values and discover what really matters to them, including the kind of partner they wish to share life with.

At its heart, Amori is an invitation. A return. A space where touch is soulful, and care is complete.

I started to look more inward. I questioned myself about my choices, especially in my love life, and embarked on a deep journey of personal development. I learned about emotions, forgiveness, responsibility, and most of all, about connecting with myself. It was in this process that I found a freedom that I had never felt before.
Months later, I came across Tantric Dance — and it was in this movement that I reconnected with my body in a loving and conscious way. From there, came many other transformative experiences that made me grow as a woman and as a human being.
I felt a strong desire to share everything I was experiencing with other women, but I also felt that I lacked tools. In 2023, I completed the “Be Coach” course — one of the best Life Coaching certifications in Portugal — and in 2024 I finally decided to bring my project to life: Amori.
And as I believe in the importance of quality care, I also became an ambassador for Tropic, to be able to offer tips and products that really make a difference.
This is my path. And I am here to, with all that I am, walk alongside those who feel the call to come to themselves.
